Tiffanie Ireland

Tiffanie Ireland is a proud Kamilaroi woman with strong family connections to Barraba and Gunnedah in north western NSW. She brings over 16 years of experience across Indigenous engagement, project management, stakeholder relations and strategic communications spanning government, corporate and community sectors.
As a Co Founder and Co Director of a 100 percent Indigenous owned consultancy, Tiffanie has led research, ethics, evaluation and community engagement initiatives supporting major organisations including Google, KPMG, AGL, TikTok, SEEK and Microsoft. Her work includes leading a national study on Indigenous leadership in ASX100 organisations and developing engagement strategies for sites of national significance.
Tiffanie has previously held senior Indigenous engagement and community partnership roles at Qantas and Westpac. She holds a Bachelor of Media and Communications from the University of Wollongong, majoring in Journalism with a minor in Aboriginal Studies.
